Following nine years in the Royal Navy as a Seaman Officer and qualified Aviator, and 26 years in the private sector including early roles at P&O and United Airlines rising to the International Managing Director of a leading global expedition provider. Matt brings a rare combination of leadership experience and coaching expertise to every session. He has been coaching full time since 2018 across public and private sector roles - all grades and levels. He holds an MBA, a Masters' Diploma in Business Strategy and Innovation from Said Business School, Oxford University, and a Diploma in Marketing.
